I obtained a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.

My experiences include working with Conduct disorder, ADHD, Complex Trauma, Eating disorders, Autism, Bereavement, Parasuicides, life changes, various forms of abuse as well as mental illnesses such as Bipolar mood disorder, Severe depression, Psychosis and Generalised anxiety, amongst others. During this time, I used interventions such as individual therapy, play therapy, group therapy, and family therapy for inpatient and outpatient needs. Furthermore, I have been trained in multiple emotional, cognitive, and neurocognitive assessments.

Therapy allows for a therapist and patient to build a healthy, safe rapport, facilitating an environment that allows for corrective experiences, various perspective and introspection with the aid of meaning making.
